Housing

We create public private partnerships to develop housing projects for seniors, families an young adults.

Each housing community requires intensive pre development planning, legal structuring and requires proper funding sources to come together to fund and build a project.

We combine your donations with GRANTs, Low Income Housing Tax Credits, Housing Vouchers, Tax Exempt Bonds and other funding resources available through conventional and jurisdictional institution.

Hence, create Public Private Partnership to develop Housing Communities.

Children Parks

Each Family Housing Community maintains a children's park. These parks are designed in collaboration with local artists and jurisdictional partners.

Residents of family housing communities are very low income households with financial and food insecurities.

Our parks are especially designed to promote physical and social activities for youth.

Community Centers

Each housing community we build or participate in has its own Community Center.

Each center is between 2,500 SF to 5,000 SF.

Within these community centers we provide various services dedicated to serving the residents of the community. These services may include the following:

  1. Food Pantry and Nutrition Planning

  2. Social Services and Workforce Training Programs

  3. Workout Gym

  4. Access to Healthcare Services

  5. Financial Literacy and Job Placement Programs

  6. Afterschool Programs and Summer Camps

  7. Gardening and Volunteer Program
